The staff were friendly and efficient. The parking was incredibly convenient for our room. They allow dogs, which was required for my stay and the room was very clean, if not a bit outdated. Geaghan's pub is in the same building as the hotel, so easy to get food whenever they are open. The casino is about 200 feet away from the motel, so easy to walk over and check it out.

The room was clean , but there were stains on the tv stand that at first glance looked like it had not been wiped down. Very off putting. The hotel is right next to the casino and the Cross Center. The front desk staff was very pleasant.

The location is great for going to concerts. Having a restaurant attached is another bonus. I wish the restaurant stayed open later to visit after the concert.

Location right off freeway.. Had nice walk pathway across river. Convenient to gas, Dunkin donuts, McDonald's etc. Ask for top floor room and got room on end which was nice.

The room and hotel was very clean and check in and out was very simple and easy. The entry and exit was very convenient. Neighbors were quiet.

The room was big, we liked the fireplace. Showerhead had good pressure and flow. Older place, but very clean. The Pub had excellent food and service.

No breakfast available .Coffee just ok. Place bit run down. Room clean. Employees -wonderful.1. helped me carry luggage to room. 2.I had sprained my ankle before returning to hotel. Staff, without my asking, offered and brought ice... would not take a tip. Also offered some pain reliever but did not need as had my own.
